Standard Shipping Terms
- Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders typically ship within 48 hours (does not include weekends). *Some specialty items may require up to 2 weeks for delivery (mentioned in the product description). These items may ship from multiple locations.
- USPS will be used for the following shipments: International orders, APO/ FPO, US Territories and PO Box addresses. USPS orders must be processed through Customer Service. Please contact one of our friendly Customer Service representatives at 866-686-5425 to place your order. You are also welcome to email us at customerservice@mountainkhakis.com.
- Rates for International shipping costs can be retrieved from Customer Service during normal business hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm EST, Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. Please note packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the package recipient's responsibility.
