Return Policy
Every now and then we need to help a customer exchange a size or take care of a warranty... we've got you covered.

You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 90 days of shipment of your order, provided the product tags have not been removed, product has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Gift cards and online gift certificates are not eligible for return.

If you desire to return your mountainkhakis.com merchandise, please follow one of the procedures below (based on location).

FREE RETURN POLICY
We offer FREE RETURNS to the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

1. Contact MK Customer Service to acquire a Return Authorization Form which will include your RA#. All returns must be pre-authorized by Mountain Khakis.

2. You will receive a Return Authorization Form via email which will include your RA#. Fill out RA Form, and include the following with the item(s) being returned:
   • Return Authorization Form
   • Write the RA# on the Free Return Mailing Address - To print your pre-paid free return shipping label, click here.
