Mountain Khakis® are quality-guaranteed. Your MK's are built to withstand the elements and activities of everyday mountain living, just like you. Every pair of MK's meets or exceeds our quality standards and is under a full warranty to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. No Foolin'.
Return Policy
Darn. Every now and then we need to help a customer exchange a size or take care of a warranty... we've got you covered.
In the end, we consider these special calls an opportunity to showcase our exemplary Customer Service. This is our 'make lemonade out of lemons' department, and we always add a little sugar for ya', too...
Return Procedure:
- Contact MK Customer Service to acquire a Return Authorization Form which will include your RA#. All returns must be pre-authorized by Mountain Khakis.

- You will receive a Return Authorization Form via email which will include your RA#. Fill out RA Form, and include the following with the item(s) being returned:
- Return Authorization Form
- Include the RA# in the Return Mailing Address

Reasons for why a refund or exchange will not be accepted and the item(s) will be shipped back:
- Product Tags have been removed. For size exchanges do not remove the Product Tags.
- Product has been washed.
- Product has been worn.
