OrderPad Software Requirements
Minimum Web Browser Requirement
The MK OrderPad application requires a minimum Web browser of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher, or Apple Safari 3.0 or higher.

- IE – Open browser and in the IE tool bar, select Help > About Internet Explorer
- Firefox – Open browser and in the Firefox tool bar, select Firefox > About Mozilla Firefox
- Safari – Open browser and in the Safari tool bar, select Safari > About Safari

Silverlight Requirements
The MK OrderPad application requires Microsoft Silverlight 3.0 or higher. Upon logging into OrderPad, if you do no have Silverlight installed, OrderPad will prompt you to install. Please follow the following installation instructions:
Step 1
- IE and Mozilla: Save Silverlight.dmg to your hard disk. Once the download is finished, click Open. Double-click Silverlight.pkg.
- Safari: Once the download is finished, the browser will warn you that Silverlight.dmg contains an application. To proceed with the installation, click Continue.
Step 2
- The installer will warn you "This package contains a program that determines if the software can be installed." Click Continue.
- On the Introduction page, click Continue.
- On the Select Destination page, select the destination volume for Silverlight, and then click Continue.
- On the Installation Type page, click Install.
- You will be prompted to authenticate. Enter your Administrator user name and password. Click OK to continue.
- On the Finish Up page, click Close to exit the installer.
Step 3
- Click to Verify Installation.
