I really like the look of this shirt, but the fit in the shoulders is off, I ordered an XL but this fits like a large across the chest and shoulders! So order the next size up!

Great quality fabric and construction it appears...and pattern on this shirt is great. I am always impressed with quality from Mountain Khakis. However, the sizing is a bit off from other Mountain Khakis stuff I have purchased.
This one is small up through shoulders. There seems to be little way to have an idea what will fit from Mountain Khakis from shirt to shirt, and it gets to be a crap-shoot if what you order online will fit. I may need to stop shopping for their stuff online, and only get in a store if I can find it.
