Realtor's perfect pant

These pants are rugged yet look good while showing lodges and properties. The pant is at home working as hard as you want it as well as wearing them to the brewery. I also had a very intense experience while wearing them and working with a chain saw. I slipped on a steep hill side allowing the saw to swing down and hit my leg. It cut through the first layer on my thigh as the second layer brought the chain to a near stop. My leg had some skin broken but I feel without a double layer stretchy pant I would have been in trouble. I was miles from a vehicle or hospital.

feel good at first but cheap

Have easily have owned 10 pairs of Mountain Khakis. Blew through 5 pairs of the 107s last year. Bought them as a work pant. The canvas wears out easily and they get holes and rip. Unless you like patchwork pants and the look of a vagabond hobo I highly recommend other pants by other brands. The stretch canvas was comfortable at first and the mobility was nice compared to there traditional mountain pant that feels like you are wearing constraining cardboard but quality to price is not worth it. In addition they are too baggy for a modern professional look.

Pants for any occasion

These pants are a favorite. They work, hike, Hunt, Fish, BBQ, go out on the town and most importantly, relax. I have several pair in my rotation.

My husband’s favorite (only) pants

I think he’s had 10 pairs! Every color, but the dark green many times. They work to go to dinner and when they wear a little are the best work pants. The pockets are handy, they are tough, comfy, and IMO -way cute. He’s been wearing these for years, they hold up really well.
