Great Shirt if you can find them

I own a several of the equatorial shirts. They are light weight, sufficiently roomy to not constrain activity, cool under the intensity of the sun here in Montana, and easy to care for. I would rate them higher but every time I try to buy another, Mountain Khakis tells me they are out of stock. How can you stay in business if your loyal customers can't find what they want? MK RESPONSE: Yes, this is a great shirt and the sell-through happened very quickly for Mountain Khakis this season.

Fantastic warm-weather shirt

It's thoughtfully designed, and has really saved me in some recent summer travels to swampy, hot, and humid climes. I think the Geyser color, which is what I purchased, looks great. One of the other reviewers suggested the fit was a bit "forgiving" for athletic builds. I actually found the fit one of the main advantages. It's relaxed enough to take full advantage of the vents and other hot-weather design features, and also does well when it comes to allowing freedom of movement--but without an overly baggy appearance. I also realize this may be a small subset of its users, but if you carry a concealed weapon or other gear, the cut of this shirt is near ideal. Overall, I'm very happy with it, and would buy it again.

Great summer activity shirt

Although I've never tried to rock a silk shirt, this shirt is what I imagine a silk shirt feels like. Great feel, slick designs, let's the summer breeze through to cool you off. Same as a prior review, it is not athletic cut, so the fit is a bit "forgiving" for athletic builds. Not an issue for me being I bought this shirt for fly fishing, hiking, and camping. But worth consideration if you are looking at this shirt for casual wear.

Good lightweight summer shirt

The Sand color option is great looking to me, adding tasteful design without a full-on plaid that is too common these days. I love the blue in there. This is the thinnest shirt I own, making it cool in summer, but wouldn't be good in cooler temps. I would give 5 stars if the sleeves weren't so incredibly bulky. With the sleeves rolled down, it looks like i have trash bags drooping down. It is just too much material there. Beyond that, this is a fabulous shirt. I'm glad I have it, and can roll down the sleeves in a pinch for sun and bug protection.

Great shirt for NC seasons

This shirt is perfect for NC spring and fall on days where it may be in the high 40's in the morning and up into the high 70's by the afternoon. Simply rolling up the sleeves is enough to make this a completely new shirt. Also a great shirt for outdoor play, a UPF of 45 and built to fight the sun it is a great shirt for fishing or boating.
