I was thrilled when I first got my Camber 105s. After four pairs of Traditional Mountain pants, I was eager to see what MK could do with something new.
The fabric is amazing. Absolutely love it. It doesn't have that amplified sound system when you move like the heavy duty mountain pants do. The fabric is both rugged and soft at the same time. The spandex blend re-conforms to your body after every wash. Tight at first, the fabric relaxes and holds to your own special curves just right.
Amazingly, for as light as the fabric is, it has held up very well after a year of wear, and I've come to put the Cambers in that "jeans" rotation: pants I can wear any day, any where.
However, I'm sad to report that this pants are very, very poorly stitched. The button stitching has backed out and unthreaded leaving a ragged, unusable hole, the stitching in the crotch is backing out, and the utility pocket has begun to deconstruct. Hardly the same caliber as the original product line, but then... these aren't the original product line.
I love the pants, but have to consider that they'll need frequent replacement as they're just not built to last for daily wear.
