WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our warranty policy does not cover normal wear and tear, user errors, or damage resulting from improper washing or care. If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please proceed with the submission process. Please note that submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Once you complete the form below, our warranty team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. We may request proof of purchase, photos of the defective product, or additional information for verification purposes. If your claim is approved, we will replace your item with the same product or, if unavailable, a product of equal or lesser value.
