The Fine Print: We process most returns within 7 business days of receipt of product. This timeframe varies, due to periods of high volume. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Gift cards and online gift certificates are not eligible for return.
