Love the jacket, torn on the fit - Started with XL, settled on L.

I really love the look and the feel of the jacket. I bought the x-large originally because I have slightly longer arms. I am between a 44-46 chest, 6'0 tall and about 210lbs. I felt like the x-large was too big in the bodily fit, but fit comfortably in the arms. I exchanged for a large to see the comparison.

The large fits really well on my body, maybe a tiny bit snug in the shoulders when I'm reaching and fully extended. The arms are a lot tighter of a fit, when I flex my arm beyond a 45 degree angle, it gets really tight at the elbow, it's not as roomy as the XL in this regard. If the large frame fit with the XL sleeves, it would be perfect!

So I'm going to stick with the Large as I like the fit a whole lot better overall, and dont feel like I am swimming in it.

One other tiny area of concern. When I first tried on the XL and put my hands in the deep hand pocket, some of the stitching came undone quite easily. I'm hoping this was a one time thing, but i'll keep an eye on the threading of the fabric.

Great jacket

Super excited about this jacket. I Love the color, look and feel. Lining is soft and comfortable. It hangs much better than I anticipated off my shoulders. This is a great option over wearing a puffy out and about. It dresses up just as much as you can dress it down.

I was recently traveling through Jackson, WY and I actually felt like a local wearing this jacket!

It was lightly snowing and it repelled the wind and water.

It fits true to size without the zip in liner. I'm 5-10, a 44 chest and a 35 waist and the large fits nice and relaxed. I can easily wear this over a shirtjac.

My only complaint is with the available extra layering. The zip in liner is a bit awkward, the jacket around the neck gets really tight and I can't zip it all the way up. Its kind of bulky with the extra zippers. It also gets a little snug in the shoulders. The zip in jacket doesn't attach anywhere else but to the zipper so the arms slide up/out when you put on or take off, and if you try and hang on a hook, it slides off the liner.

Also, don't wear this in your truck with leather seats. The wax will make your seats slippery and shiny. (Or maybe that is a good thing? 😆)

How is this not sold out yet?!

Great jacket, definitely the best quality, well thought out jacket I've bought. In two rainstorms I stayed dry (seams in very intelligent locations). Everything about this feels high quality. Zip in compatibility too makes this an all season jacket. Recommendation - If you have the money, but this jacket before it sells out.
